TERMS & CONDITIONS

Booking Procedure: 

Website, phone and email bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit of the total value of the stay. All reservations are to be secured via a valid credit card. Reservations are not confirmed until the deposit has been paid and a reservation number has been issued.

Payment Policy: 

A 50% deposit of the total amount will be deducted via credit card at the time of booking.

The final balance of the stay is to be paid upon check out along with any incidentals.

A GST inclusive surcharge will apply to all credit card transactions comprising of 2.5% for Visa, MasterCard & Amex.

Standard Cancellation:

Reservations cancelled between 30 days and 15 days of arrival incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of total stay.

Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival incur 100% cancellation fee for each room night booked.

Peak Season Cancellation: (16 Dec – 31st Jan, 01 April – 30 April)

Reservations cancelled between 60 days and 30 days of arrival incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of total stay.

Reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival incur 100% cancellation fee for each room night booked.

Penthouse Cancellation: 

Reservations cancelled between 60 days and 46 days of arrival incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of total stay.

Reservations cancelled within 45 days of arrival incur 100% cancellation fee for each room night booked.

Groups Cancellation

Groups (4+ Suites) Cancellation within 90 days incurs 100% cancellation fee, calculated on total value of accommodation booked.

Groups Cancellation Peak Period – 16 December – 31 January

Groups (4+ Suites) Cancellation within 90 days incurs 100% cancellation fee, calculated on total value of accommodation booked.

All Tariffs are quoted in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (15%).
