This begins with finalising menus and offers for the festive season, beginning with Christmas Dinner.
Christmas Dining at Eichardt’s Bar
The iconic Eichardt’s Bar is the quintessential New Zealand fine-dining experience in on the shores of Lake Wakatipu. This Christmas, Executive Chef Will Eaglesfield and his team will be serving up a full three-course tapas menu featuring the very best of local produce alongside their signature cocktail range and regional wines.
The set menu items features an assortment of festive flavours throughout to fit the theme of Christmas in New Zealand.
Starting at $70 per person, you get to choose from three trademark options for entree’s and mains, including the house favourites of Merino Lamb and Havoc Ham. This will all be topped off within the spirit of Christmas with Eichardt’s famous Christmas Plum Pudding with egg-nog ice cream for dessert.
Separate to this our chefs will also run a three-course set menu with Vegetarian options filled with comforting and hearty options such as the Fried Kumara Beignets or the Grilled Eggplant on steamed buns.
Each of these menu items have also been paired with the right wine type to match and enrich the flavours. To include the wine pairings and the three course tapas will be $109 per person.
